Indian model to predict impact of climate change.
India will be submitting a home-grown assessment to the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) this December which was being developed by the sceintists at the IITM (Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology), Pune.

A test version of the model is already available on websites of research groups affiliated to the IPCC.
The IPCC draws conclusions by envisaging the climatic changes due to gas emissions and other human interference depending on these models worked out by various scientists all around the world.
Such models helps in sustainability and environmental conservation.
