Here is List of famous personalities who completed their education in Civil Engineering.
1) Osama bin laden
Usama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, who was a Saudi Arabian, was the founder of al-Qaeda, the organization which is responsible for the September 11 attacks on the United States, along with numerous other mass-casualty attacks worldwide.
Osama bin laden was the son of Yemeni Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, a billionaire construction magnate with close ties to the Saudi royal family. The bin Laden family made $5 billion in the construction industry, of which Osama later inherited around $25–30 million. He studied economics and business administration at King Abdulaziz University. Some reports suggest he earned a degree in civil engineering in 1979.

2) Chris Vance

Chris Vance did his graduation in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University. Vance’s career took a similar turn as that of Rowan Atkinson (popularly known for his role as Mr. Bean) after his graduation, with his appearance in several British and Australian television series, before a move to the US.
3) Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Though a dropout, Aishwarya to become an architect, she enrolled at Rachana Sansad Academy of Architecture,but later gave up her education to pursue a career in modelling.
4) Ram Gopal Varma

RGV who was a well-known director in India, especially in Telugu Cinema and Bollywood was also a Civil Engineer.
Varma completed BE in Civil engineering from V.R. Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
After a brief stint as a site engineer for Krishna Oberoi hotel in Hyderabad, he put his dreams on the back burner and decided to go to Nigeria to make some money. It was at this moment that he visited a video rental library in Hyderabad. He loved the idea and decided to start one of his own at Ameerpet in Hyderabad, through which he slowly developed connections with the film world. Without being successful as a fourth assistant director in B. Gopal's film Collector Gari Abbai, Varma directly ventured into film direction, with the 1989 Telugu film, Siva.
5) Riteish Deshmukh
